There is no cure for Costeff syndrome. Our evaluation focuses on confirming disease stage via OCT and visual field testing, and giving families a clear, current picture of the vision component specifically — the movement-related features (chorea, spasticity) remain under ongoing neurology management and are outside what an eye-focused evaluation can address. Where regenerative approaches are discussed, we are explicit that these remain under investigation and are not an established cure.
